- Smoke-exposed systems (hard to clean)
- Missing tempered glass or case panels
- Aftermarket/3rd party laptop chargers
- Laptops missing AC adapters will be turned away
How to Prepare Your System
If you’re thinking about trading in your PC, its best you prepare in advance. Here is what you need to know before bringing your PC in:
- Do NOT wipe your PC. We need access to Windows. (We’ll securely wipe it once we own it.)
- Unplug all cables & devices (don’t forget wireless dongles).
- Lightly clean your system if comfortable. If not, leave it to us.
- Be patient. After the offer, your system stays with us for 24 hours to complete stress testing.
