Refund Policy
Refunds are possible on all items purchased online, up to 7 days.
Games must be returned in their original condition.
New games must be returned sealed to obtain full refund. Opened games will be considered used, and be subject to cost penalty up to $10 on return based on original price of new items.
For returns fill out the form below and a shipping label will be emailed to you for return. Upon arrival refund will be provided to the original purchase method. Store credit used for the transaction will be returned to the original user account.
Please provide up to 14 days for refunds to appear on your account after the item has been returned.
